#3: Wilson Du, the Renal Warrior
Wilson Du was diagnosed with kidney disease. In order to be listed for a kidney transplant, he had to lose a significant amount of weight. He chose life and began cycling and working out regularly and made his goal. Now he is listed and is in search of a living kidney donor. He has just recently completed The Warrior Ride cycling 550 miles from San Francisco to San Diego to help raise awareness for kidney disease and living donation – all while still being on dialysis!
Listen to this interview to find out more about this amazingly inspiring warrior, learn about the need for more kidney awareness and support him on his journey to finding a donor!
He just started The Keep Moving Challenge for patients of all stages of Chronic Kidney Disease. You can join the challenge here.
